Talent Manager

Worrell is currently seeking a full-time Talent Manager to join our growing team in Minneapolis. The Talent Manager is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition including recruiting, hiring and on-boarding. In addition, this role will drive development and implementation of talent management and retention programs and support employee relations. The ideal candidate is one who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization and who will thrive working in a highly dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for talent acquisition through active recruiting and collaboration with the Hiring Managers to select the best candidates
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and candidate correspondence
• Conduct initial phone interviews, make recommendations to the hiring managers and coordinate interviews
• Identify what resources should be used to attract and recruit candidates in the Healthcare Design Industry
• Coordinate all pre-hire activities, offers and on-boarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new talent
• Provide support for employees including general employee questions and employee relations, and work with managers to coach and provide consultation for performance management
• Work with leadership team to drive development and execution of performance management, talent development and retention programs
• Work with all levels in the company to provide timely assistance to team members regarding all areas of HR
• Oversee the preparation of special events such as company celebrations
• Ensure Employee Handbook is regularly updated and distributed to employees
• Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5+ years recruiting/staffing experience
• General knowledge of state and federal labor laws and Human Resources compliance requirements
• Works well with a variety of working styles and personalities and is able to facilitate constructive discussions among colleagues
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently, as a self-starter, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
