Account Manager

Worrell is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our global team of passionate, solution-oriented leaders.  As an Account Manager at Worrell, you will provide excellent customer service to large, strategic, or tactically important accounts. Our Account Managers are distinguished by their consultative approach to design, as well as a record of success in building trust. You will need to be an expert of Worrell’s solutions and services, which include projects ranging from developing strategies for medical device companies to serve global communities, creating innovative solutions for pharmaceutical companies to better serve patients and healthcare providers, and observing in clinical spaces at hospitals to discover new ways for products and services to meet the needs of users. 


  • Gain in-depth understanding of clients’ innovation and design objectives and assist them in developing solutions to meet those objectives through Worrell’s team of resources.
  • Ensure world-class customer service by building and maintaining positive client relationships that allow for Worrell growth, profitability, and predictability  
  • Network with key contacts in and outside of expertise area with the purpose of gaining trust and establishing authority 
  • Drive new projects and revenue by ensuring excellence and identifying new opportunities
  • Manage profitability of key accounts through negotiation of pricing, terms, and other contract agreements 
  • Continually build and share knowledge of industry trends, competitive analysis, and other insights with AM team 
  • Participate all program/client meetings from kick-off to final deliverables to ensure the internal and external client expectations, budgets, and timelines are met
  • Collaborate with Worrell project leads to continuously improve on our process and identify ideal projects  
  • Manage and meet KPI’s and database integrity 


  • Consultancy experience relating to a product or service in healthcare
  • Design or Product Development training 
  • Strategic or key account management experience 
  • Unyielding curiosity about people, products, design, and technology
  • Sense of urgency around all things, but most importantly, client service 
  • Proven ability to establish long term, fruitful relationships with clients that result in continued business 
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and initiate plans to resolve them in a manner that is collaborative and efficient
  • Highly organized, accurate, and planful 
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce or other CMS tool 
  • Open to travel
